As a graduate in Banking and Business Administration (BA), I do not view marketing as a creative gimmick, but as a measurable investment. When it comes to your holiday property, only one thing really counts in the end: a return on investment achieved through maximum occupancy with minimal wastage.<br><br>26 years\u2019 experience and my own practice as a host<br>For over two and a half decades, I have been developing digital infrastructures and marketing concepts (including in the events and hospitality sectors). But what matters most to you is that I understand your day-to-day operations from first-hand experience. As an Airbnb host myself and through managing exclusive holiday fincas, I know exactly what goes on behind the scenes \u2013 from the portals\u2019 algorithms to the day-to-day operational pressures. I build automation systems because I know first-hand just how valuable your time is.<br><br>Your guests\u2019 perspective (1,000+ overnight stays)<br>Alongside the figures and systems comes experience: during years of travelling the world, I myself have spent well over 1,000 nights in all manner of accommodation.
