Behind the scenes at Holiday Rental Experts, a well-coordinated team works on bringing your projects to life – but the strategic planning and quality control are managed centrally by me.

My name is Axel Meyer. As a graduate in Banking and Business Administration (BA), I do not view marketing as a creative gimmick, but as a measurable investment. When it comes to your holiday property, only one thing really counts in the end: a return on investment achieved through maximum occupancy with minimal wastage.

26 years’ experience and my own practice as a host
For over two and a half decades, I have been developing digital infrastructures and marketing concepts (including in the events and hospitality sectors). But what matters most to you is that I understand your day-to-day operations from first-hand experience. As an Airbnb host myself and through managing exclusive holiday fincas, I know exactly what goes on behind the scenes – from the portals’ algorithms to the day-to-day operational pressures. I build automation systems because I know first-hand just how valuable your time is.
